Logite Ethanol Plant

The County has plans to work with Logite International, Inc. , a company out of Sandy, Utah, who will build a steam reformer plant near the Central Transfer Station.  The steam reformer will use the County’s waste to produce bio fuel.  The technology is a promising step toward a resolution to the energy crisis and lack of land available for landfills. The project is estimated to be completed in 2010. Read more about the steam reformer here.
