Commercial: Any party being compensated for a service including but not limited to Cities, Private or Corporate garbage collection system, or any business operating for profit.
Construction/Demolition Waste (C&D) Waste: Means the waste building materials, packaging, and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition operations on pavement, houses, commercial buildings and other structures. Such waste includes, but not limited to, bricks, concrete, other masonry materials, soil, rock, lumber, road spoils, rebar, paving materials, tree stumps, grass clippings, and leaves. Non-inert waste and asbestos wastes are not considered to be demolition waste, (as defined by the State)
Household Waste: Means any solid waste, including garbage, trash and sanitary waste in septic tanks, delivered from households, single and multiple residences, hotels and motels, bunkhouses, ranger stations, crew quarters, camp grounds, picnic grounds and day use recreation areas. Such as paper, household cans, glass bottles, clothing, plastics, and kitchen waste, (as defined by the State)
Pay as you throw: Program where each party pays for the amount of garbage they generate.
Yard waste: Means leaves, weeds, dead flowers, pruning, bushes, unwanted dirt, rocks, roots, stumps, branches, wood shavings, grass clippings, sawdust, and Christmas trees.
