The Bingham County law library  is used by the judiciary, public officials, lawyers, students and the general public.  It is primarily a research library, as opposed to a lending library. 

The library is available to the public
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The library features:

  • Public Access Terminal for Idaho Statewide Automated Trial Court Record System (ISTARS) research (Including criminal and civil cases) 

  • Westlaw
  • Up-to-date Idaho Code
  • Up-to-date Pacific Digest
  • Up-to-date Pacific Reporter
  • Up-to-date American Jurisprudence
  • Idaho Reports
