The county prosecuting attorney works with the Human Resources Department in addressing personnel issues within the County.  The county prosecuting attorney is the primary legal advisor on personnel issues that do not reach litigation.

The County is insured through the Idaho Counties Risk Management Program.  Litigation filed by employees and former employees are handled by I.C.R.M.P. under the provisions of the County's insurance policy with I.C.R.M.P.  The prosecuting attorney remains a liaison between the County and I.C.R.M.P. during the processing of these law suits.
