The Bingham County Commissioners create laws and regulations applicable within the county through the adoption of ordinances.  These ordinances do not apply within the city limits.

The Prosecuting Attorney's Office is working on converting the existing Bingham County ordinances into a code format.  Currently, the ordinances are single documents organized by the date of their passage, rather than by topics.
