BINGHAM COUNTY CIVIL DIVISION:

 

The Civil Division is responsible for the serving of civil paperwork and the execution of civil orders and mandates.  They operate with a staff of two officers in the field serving and processing civil papers. 

 

For Civil process servings to be served please be sure to include:

1.    The original paper to be served (writs of execution especially)

2.     Appropriate numbers of copies of the paper to be served.

3.    A check payable to the Bingham County Sheriff's Office for $42.00

4.    A self addressed stamped envelope for writs of execution.

5.    Letter of instruction to include information about the person or persons

        to be served (IE. work address, time at the address, etc.)

All papers received in a timely manner will be attempted.  The Sheriff's Office Civil Department is open 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and can be reached at (208) 782-3042
